EmergeOne is a coordination app used by residential youth programs and group homes. It is provided to members of a program by that program's administrators. This policy explains what information the app collects, how it is used, and the choices available to you.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Access is controlled by your role within your program. Administrators and assigned case managers can see information for the youth they support, including schedules, chores, documents, messages, and location where enabled. Other members see only what their role permits. Your program controls its own data and decides who is granted each role.
EmergeOne uses Google Firebase (authentication, database, file storage, and cloud functions) to operate the service, and Expo for app delivery and notifications. These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms.
Information is retained while your account is active and as needed to operate the service or meet your program's record-keeping obligations. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, contact your program administrator or email us at the address below. Some requests may need to be directed to your program, which controls its records.
Access to the app requires an account issued by your program, and information is restricted by role. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
EmergeOne is intended for use within supervised residential programs and may be used by minors whose accounts are created and managed by their program's administrators. The app is not offered directly to children for independent sign-up. Parents, guardians, or authorized program staff may contact us to review or request deletion of a young person's information.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the date at the top of this page.
